DescriptionI have been singing since I was eleven and began writing lyrics as a teen. I have been in several bands performing at different venues in around the Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf-coast. One of my weaknesses is that I do not play an instrument. I have a deep passion for singing, music & songwriting (lyrics) which are my strengths. I am a beginner when it comes to music production; however DAW’s like BandLab & Soundtrap have made it possible for me to at least get songs halfway complete because I sometimes struggle with transitions within the songs. I want to learn producing, so I am hoping to find a mentor to help me build those skills. My influences include Christian artists like; Kim Walker-Smith, Elevation Worship, Phil Wickham and power house pop vocalists like Celine Dion, Whitney Houston & Adele. The genres that inspire me most are; Christian Worship/Praise, Pop, Rock, Country & R&B. I have been told I sound like; Celine Dion, Emerson Day & Kim Walker-Smith.

Dreams & AmbitionsThere is one goal that I did achieve in 2024 which was the release of a completed song with the collaboration & help of a paid producer. My long term goals are: to grow as a singer, songwriter & producer, establish relationships through collaboration with others in order to create & release music that people can relate to and write songs that will touch people’s lives. For me it is not about money, status or fame just the song message and a passion for sharing the love of Jesus through music & song.

EquipmentI do not play an instrument, so I use the Soundtrap DAW because it allows me to choose chord progressions for my songs in order to write. The software I have is Ableton Live and I am just learning to use it.

Use of AII do not use prompts because I provide melodies and lyrics I already have provided. I only use AI to provide instruments to play my melody.
